The first ...</b> <br> I agree. The first thing you do in ANY marketing, sales etc is to grab attention and build trust. This goofball doersnt do either. The picture sucks and he's not exciting at all. Boring monotone voice on a not so attractive presenter. Should of maybe voiced over some great flash animation and images of products/services in action. Whatever he was trying to do here, he failed miserable.
