Firstly, check to see if you need a department of health certificate for selling food. If you advertise it or someone gets ill, you could be liable for damages. It’s good that you are trying to make money, but don’t get yourself into legal battles.

First, check out the local laws about selling food. In most areas, if you prepare food for sale, you need an a commercial kitchen. Government inspectors come out and inspect it.
If you prepare it in a diner or restaurant, it is fine because their kitchen has already passed inspection.
